Bedrooms

Our 24 comfortable, contemporary, en-suite bedrooms have been rebuilt to a high standard. We have a wide selection of beds: super king, king, double, twin and single. All bedrooms have double glazing, central heating, flat screen digital TVs, tea & coffee making facilities, direct dial telephones and a hair dryer. Every en-suite has a power shower (the majority also have a bath), WC, hand basin, shaver point and toiletries . All bedrooms have free wi-fi access.

Executive Sea Facing Bedrooms

The 6 Executive Bedrooms are our most popular bedrooms and tend to book well in advance. These spacious, comfortable rooms are at the front of the hotel on the first and second floors and have large bay windows. All of the bedrooms have “wow” views of the sea, beach, castle and mountains. In all 6 of the bedrooms the beds can either be configured as super-kings or twins (please let us know your preference at the time of booking). Welsh fudge and bottled water is provided on your arrival day and bathrobes are provided for the duration of your stay, free of charge.

Superior Sea Facing Bedrooms

There are 3 Superior Bedrooms. All 3 rooms have king size beds and are at the front of the hotel on the third floor with sea and mountain views. These rooms are smaller than the Executive Bedrooms, but going to sleep listening to the waves on the beach below is magical! Bathrobes are provided for the duration of your stay, free of charge.

Large Double Bedrooms

We have 6 bedrooms in this category and the beds can either be configured as super-kings or twins (please let us know your preference at the time of booking).

These rooms are larger than the Standard Bedrooms and in rooms 25 and 36 the en-suite has a bath and separate walk in shower. From rooms 12 and 22 there are pleasant views towards the Castle. Whilst the town facing rooms can see the single track railway line there are few trains during the day and no train service at night. Between the lift and Room 21 there are 11 stairs. Room 28 is not recommended for guests who need to use the lift, as it is not easily accessible from the lift.

Double Bedrooms

These 4 bedrooms are smaller than the Standard Plus bedrooms and are on the first, second and third floors and look towards the castle or the town and are ideal for short breaks. Whilst the town facing rooms can see the single track railway line there are few trains during the day and no train service at night. 

A single hotel room with a side table, lamp and telephone. There is a window with a view of houses and a castle on the hill.

Single Bedrooms

In this category we have 5 bedrooms and all of these rooms tend to book well in advance. These bedrooms are on the first, second and third floors. Whilst the town facing rooms can see the single track railway line there are few trains during the day and no train service at night. 4 of the bedrooms have walk in en-suite showers and the fifth bedroom, Room 34, has a bath with shower over. Room 19 is not recommended for guests who need to use the lift, as it is not easily accessed from the lift and from the ground floor there are 18 stairs
