Trains
The most popular lines with our guests are the Welsh Highland which goes through spectacular scenery from Harbour Station Porthmadog to Caernarfon and the Ffestiniog which goes from the same station in Porthmadog to the slate quarrying town of Blaenau Ffestiniog. Another very popular journey is the train up Snowdon. During school holidays, or on fine weather days, the railway can be extremely busy and advanced booking is recommended. If you need your ticket printed during your stay please come and see us at Reception.
