Beach walks – Don’t forget to pack your deck chairs! You might wish to just relax on one of these fantastic beaches. We offer delicious packed lunches, perfect for a break during a walk or to enjoy during a chilled day on the beach.

Photography and Art: Andrew Kime, visiting Andrew’s “Golden Eagle Gallery” Is a must, located on the High Street. He is also opening a new gallery “Castle Gallery” in May 2014 located to the right of the entrance to the Castle up the hill. All of the photographs displayed in the hotel are Andrew’s fabulous work. Andrew also runs photography courses from basic to advanced. In Llanbedrog is an amazingly interesting building with excellent art work on display. There is an outdoor theatre, a lovely tearoom, woodland walks with amazing views to the Iron Man Statue which adjoins the Coastal path.

Places of interest – Portmerion, Plas Brondanw gardens Llanfrothen. Lloyd George museum Llanystumdwy, Many National Trust Properties, Zip Wire ride the longest in Europe Penrhyn Quarry Bethesda, Electric Mountain Llanberis, Llechwedd Slate Caverns Blaenau Ffestiniog.

Railways – Ffestiniog, Welsh Highland, Snowdonia Mountain, Talyllyn, Llanberis Lake and The Cambrian Coast Line from Pwllheli to Machynlleth.
