Treat yourself to a break at The Caerwylan, a friendly and welcoming 3 Star Hotel right by the beach in Criccieth, North Wales.
We guarantee that you will not find our accommodation cheaper on the Online Travel Agents (OTA) sites like Booking.com, Expedia, Laterooms etc. Plus with our real time online booking facility we show availability on all 24 of our bedrooms and not a limited selection, as is often the case with OTA.
On our Special Offers page are our short break tariffs for November and December. From 1st November the accommodation side of the hotel is just open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. The Tonnau Restaurant is open on the same evenings plus at lunchtimes on Sundays, for our traditional Sunday Lunch. Advance booking is recommended for the Tonnau Restaurant.
In the Tonnau Restaurant section of the site there are further details on our Christmas parties including copies of the lunch and dinner menus.
After lunch on Sunday 20th December we close for staff holidays and we will re-open for the 2016 season in mid February. So, unfortunately, that means we are not open over the Christmas period or for New Year.
The Caerwylan is a landmark Victorian building which faces south with stunning views over the main beach, Tremadog Bay and towards the ruins of Criccieth Castle. From our vantage spot we probably enjoy some of the best seaside views on the Llyn.
Since we bought The Caerwylan we have rebuilt the entire building to create 24 comfortable, individually designed en-suite bedrooms, new public areas and a popular restaurant, Tonnau Restaurant.
On the web site there are pages on our comfortable accommodation, room rates, special offers, Tonnau Restaurant and suggestions on places to visit and things to do in this lovely corner of North Wales.
If you have any questions please use the contact form or give us a call on 01766 522 547.
Nick and Fiona look forward to welcoming you to The Caerwylan.
